If this was added, it would be a blast to see actual moving stuff instead of being a regular floor texture which is the same thing over and over again and just seems dull and old.

The idea behind this is to make floors more interesting to look at rather to not look at. I'm not sure if this could even be a thing. If it could, I would love to see this being supported and eventually being a thing rather to dream of it

And it will maybe make the game crash for some players or just lag too much.

Idk about lag. This is beeing said for many many years, but computers evolved 500% and the game not so much.
