Probably more of like an aikido tournament maybe? I feel like it should be more creative than that tho...

Maybe a clan war type thing? Each clan enters 5 or so members and we match up clans in a bracket. They then have a clan war using those members against their designated clan. We move the winners up in the bracket and so on until with have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, I can buy prizes with USD, I was thinking 100k to winning clan, 75k to 2nd, 50k to 3rd, and 3 25k prizes to be raffled off to people who entered so they all have a chance to win something. Should be 300k or $30 which isn't too bad...
