after i changed my graphics card to a amd radeon hd 6600 (which is a better graphics card then what i used to have, that worked fine) i get terrible lag spikes when making replays, idk if multiplayer is the same because i don't go there, it makes it almost unbearable to play.

i tried different versions and stuff and nothing really works
any help?

That kinda stuff only happens to me when my laptops not on high performance, maybe try that.

Did you remove old drivers and install the new ones for the graphics card?

Have you tested some other games with high requirements? As kyleireland said, you need to uninstall the old graphic driver, and install the new one.
