I was on forum and idk why i have been logged out of this account and i rapidly loged back in and changed my password but idk if it was normal ( like : the GMS of Toribash who need to check my account or a thing like that ) someone logged in from USA and am from Algeria.

Maybe it was someone you gave the account password long ago, we barely see hackers in Toribash these days. Changing your password will solve this problem, just avoid giving your personal information to anyone, also if the problem persist you need Administrators to help you.
