guides for how to move joints?
as the title suggests, I'm looking tutorials on how to move your joints, mainly when to relax or hold a joint.
The reason we can't have nice things is because there is always someone to fuck it up.

i've seen that guide before. I know what each joint does, i just want to know when to hold, relax, contract, or extend a joint.

If that's the case, it usually takes a lot of trial and error and imagination to get the feeling of when you should hold, relax, contract,or extend.

Usually comparing a move to irl move may help a bit.

i just relax / hold when lowering or raising or contracting or extending wont work how i want it to

e.g, if extending the knee will make it touch outside the ring, i will relax / hold it.

When in need to do just a small movements & not so radical, I just relax/hold. Mainly using relax/hold alot on saves on ABD, but playing around with relax/hold wont hurt. You will learn it quickly.
