I'm back and stuff, it's probably temporary.
ok,i don't have much problems with this one but
what the hel are those pink thing supposed ot be?
i would remove them
it looks worse if theyare on
the mouth is a bit too small and too low
why is the mouth blue and the mark under it is black?
I like the eyes,it looks like a drop shadow layer under the blue so it's not an actual outline.
again,look at something and see how much promlems you did with the face being SO small and low,the hair is massive compared ot it.
it dosen't look natural at all,like the line on the hair though

I can improve all of these things, it will be easier to understand if you knew what the main theme of this head was but it doesn't really show to others what it really is, the pink splatter is dried blood by the way :).
