Kind of this, however if your country can't be determined from the IP, TB icon will be shown instead of the flag. In this case nothing can be done about it, since it's automatically done by the system and even if an admin set the right country code for you, it'd revert to "unknown" after like two weeks or so.
tl;dr country flag displayed depends on your internet provider
if they give you IPs that can't be recognized, your only option would be changing provider or using some VPNs from country you want.
