Yes.

And you get hector's relax by buying it from veb's shop for about 12 million tc. There isn't a hector force. It's the only way to get it. There's only 1 out there.

Hector became famous, got heard by hampa, veb, gman etc. They have to approve his idea/suggestion, then gman80 approves it into the torishop or market.
