Hold All
Extend Ankles
Contract Pecs
Extend Wrists
Grabby Hands
Space x2
Contract Abs
Extend Glutes
Contract Hips
Extend Knees
Space x3
Now do whatever to finish it off.
If I'm lucky, this won't have been done before.. :
Just figured out an ending to it, if you want it.
After doing the moves above...
Contract Knees
Contract Glutes
Space x2
Extend Knees
Space x8
Extend Hips
Contract Knees
Lower Shoulders
Press "P"
