I made a post about this a really long time ago, But the issue is stuck,
If anyone says "Try pressing load instead of quick load", Firstly, you can press quick load and then just wait one loop and it'll load the replay speed, secondly, Neither of the methods work for me.
Here, try this! Go to a random replay and press quick load, look at the replay speed immediately and you'll see that it's gray. That's what I have, No matter what replay i'm viewing, It'll always be gray, and stuck at 1.00X speed.

Please, If you have any suggestions, reply to me please, that would really be helpful.

EDIT: I forgot to say, I'm using steam, And that I have version 4.7 on my computer. And if I try to use it, I can change the replay speed on there.
I also tried to do (/opt replaycache 1) while watching and while not watching a replay.
