This is how I did with the mangas:
(Manhwa/Manhua), Shounen/Shoujo/Seinen/Josei, Ecchi/Guro, important_genre1, important_genre2, important_genre3
With that I believe you get the general idea of what you're stepping into.
...It does look a bit messy, though... Like a wall of text. Spacing between the lines would help, but then it'd get awfully long...
