everytime i try to upload my new set it says it successfully got uploaded but when i go to look at my set its still my old set.
anybody help me?

Actually, it takes a few minutes for your set to appear.

Try again in 3 minutes, then type /dl kolors then /lp 0 kolors

i know that but when im actually go to change it i upload it and when the page gets finished its still my old set...do you get what i mean?

Well i think that means that the Size of picture your using is too big, i'd try resizing it, and seeing if that'd work.

some work but some dont.
And they are all the right size.

I see. Would you mind posting a screen shot of after the page reloads? There are sometimes reminders that even I always skip sometimes.

Ok then do this as Alert said earlier go ingame and do /dl Kolors

It seems to me that it's a re-sizing problem or a re-formatting problem. It says it uploaded, but try to check around for any other notifications.

Are your textures in PNG format? Jpg wouldn't upload for me, even though it says JPG is acceptable.
