That are no brushes.

You can load custom forms into the brush tool so you can make such things with 1 click.

Those are brushes. Tribals, specifically. I have a whole pack of them.
Oh, and the first one is just a basic blood brush.

Um... There's not really anything to like. It's just brushes on a background...
Try putting some more brushes on, and some effects.
