whats your opinion on seishin(the new subscription) personally i am against this because it implements a pay to win system so instead of have a fair fight one player would have a direct advantage of the other

It's literally useless. If you think about it.
1.1x damage would negate the +10 dismember threshold

think of it as: you do +10 damage and take 10 less damage
