I wasn't looking to take the record back. Just showing how you could have used more of your body.

I made my point with the book of records a long time ago and have since lost interest, particularly since nobody posts any interesting records anymore.

well thats only 30 meters off.
The easiest way is to mak sure you twist your chest with the throw to get higher.
