You bought it in the very exact same moment as harith2708, which resulted in (known) bug of torishop going silly and having both of you send money, but the item being sent to harith2708 only.

You can contact ndretsa to have him refund all your money, if he refuses to you could probably succesfully write a report in scam reports and have it forcefully transfered by TSA; either way in this very case I suggest you use your time to win one game on quick aikido or shit instead because it'll earn you 10x the amount with less effort. AKA nobody in staff's gonna bother with 1 tc refunds.
