Modmaker A-Z

Before You Get Started

To open the modmaker ui through the menu, go to Setup > Utils > Mod Maker
To open modmaker guickly, go to freeplay and pless Alt+M.

To play finished mods online, upload them here. It can take a few minutes for them to upload and be played in Multiplayer. Uploaded mods cannot be edited, so you'll have to re-upload a new version anytime you want to make modifications to your mod.

Some things can only be done using a text editor such as Notepad, TextEdit, Notepad++, or any other text editor.

hey can anyone help i would like to turn on some body settings in the "body II" tab. and it works in test, however everytime i export the mod the settings gets dissabled

modmaker has a myriad of export issues. you'll have to make the changes in notepad.

what was it you were trying to do?

boxmuwhushu
i was trying to make a mix between boxmushu and wushu with pillars you can grab. yet i didnt want the players to be able to grab eachother.

open the mod in notepad

you can do that by going to your toribash folder, going to data, mods, modmaker and rightclicking -> open with

then add "flag 16" to any bodyparts you want to be ungrippable, or "flag 32" to any bodypart you don't want to dq, or "flag 48" to any bodyparts you want to be both ungrippable and undq-able

This is not correct.
The number tells the joint how much emphasis it's supposed to put on each axis and the only thing about the numbers value that has importance is how it relates to the number on other axis.
For example if you make X to have value of 1 and Y to have value of 2, it'll put 1 third to rotating around X and 2 thirds on rotating around Y.
If other axis are set to 0, it doesn't matter whether the value is 0.01 or 100000 the movement will be same.
And this goes for both the body and env joints.
Also if you set every axis on a body joint to 0 the joint will default to rotating around X.
