[R] A YELLOW COLOURED head
Dunno why i had to capitalise part of the title, but k,

anyways, i want someone to make me a head that has static background, gold details, wouldn't mind if you also put in some black colors. Best if cartoon style.

Don't make it to simple kthx.

Size is 512.

Budget will wary from 5k to 25k, depending on how much effort you put in it, how much i like it and how good it is overally.
