[12:44] <Powas> activate the sound in your inv
[12:44] <Powas> click the edit button
[12:44] <Powas> use the google to find a sound you like (.wav)
[12:44] <Powas> upload it
[12:44] <Powas> profit.
Simple as that and it is what it is - an item which allows you to upload a sound (max 5 sec long) that will play at the start of each fight of yours.

I didn't check it in-game yet as I'm at work atm, it may be restricted to play only sound of one tori at the time, otherwise it'd be too messy. That's just a guess, tho.
