Seppo, to change your tori colors, you must first buy them. Presuming you already have the items, do this:
Go to the site section called "Torishop". Then on the left side of the page, look for a place called "inventory", with two links on it: deactivated and activated. Click "deactivated" and there you can activate your items which should now be showing up in-game.
