What people call a "modern kata guruma" is really called kata otoshi, it's a sacrifice throw and it's kind of similar to something I've done some lately that I call a "Switch throw." I never put two and two together and saw how muck alike these are.

From what I see in the video and applying Toribash sacrifice throw knowledge (see my sacrifice throw thread) I'd say this could be executed easily in a twist-in fashion.

I think the advanced tiers kind of repeat the higher up basic tiers, for example the "hip throw" in T5 and "ogoshi" in the judo tier are redundant because ogoshi is the basic, generic hip throw
