The main point of this silly name is because,
there is no need for hesitation or delay when fighting an opponent.
You should have contact with your opponent in at least 3 turns minimum.
(Depending on the mod of course.) There is no consequence for it, I'm just looking for people with that type of play style.
As well as risk takers, if you love to build of momentum or using your opponent's momentum against them. (AKA outsmarting)

Also, this isn't a clan that has to be on the forums 24/7,
we will most of the time communicate through simple chat programs
like Steam, Skype, etc. But none of these are a requirement, just recommended.
