i feel the whole head thing was not needed. You started a bit close, i suggest 200 distance or 150. Most of the Dm's were kinda sloppy and not very smooth.

Your self spar seemed, as you said, rushed.
Your balance overall was pretty okay.
I would work on your hits though. Especially punching. They looked more like 'arm slaps' lol.
Self spars are a lot of fun, but take large amounts of time, patience, and trial and error. Try to work on one when you're not being rushed I think you will enjoy the outcome a lot more.
