What do you mean by app? Like where you can buy stuff and post, or that and play the game?
Because I suggested it and it got shot down because people said that it had been suggested 3 times before or something and it wasn't possible.
But that was a while ago.

Has been suggested many many many times before, and it doesn't look particularly promising. It probably could be done in the future, but not anytime in the near future. It's a bit pointless to keep on enquiring about it.
