What's the best tablet to buy for under $100?

I don't know exactly what a tablet is, but this one seems cool and under $100.

Well, Theres the Bamboo Touch. Which is 200. But form previous uses. Everything under 100 I tried wasn't really good in my opinion. But the Bamboo touch works fine.

dont have that exact one, but i think you can use it to zoom, which is sooo helpful, took me forever to get used to not having it, and thats what i can remember of the top of my head :s
