Well with the one my cousin has, You can navigate the page with the pen tool by just hovering over the tablet.

I guess sort of like a touch screen PC. With out actually touching the PC. :| I don't know the point of it. it's just pretty cool.

The one I got seemed pretty good. On the amazon reviews it got 21 5 stars out of 21 reviews.

On conumerreports it got 5 stars too.

I bet it'll be fine.
