Hey i've found secret acheivements that aren't shown in the acheivement listings.

I can answer this question for you. (I originally fostered the achievements dev for TB... I'm not modest about it at all. This was "my baby.")
They're just test achievements. They're not active, and you can't earn them. When we first started playing around with the idea of achievements, we first had to test out what could be awarded, and how would we award it. People like me, slipanc, gman, nacho, veb, and even hampa created random achievements, testing the system out. Nacho, veb, and hampa did the ones related to auto awarding and coding, so some of the test ones were them testing their programming logic. Other ones such as the PT trophies were people like me testing the art of achievements... How they would look, what style we would use, etc. In fact, a little trivia for you... "Anarchy" was the first prototype achievement that I did when we initially got the achievements system started... Read about it here.
As for "hidden" achievements... There's actually tons of them. Theres the active ones (the ones you see and can get), the test ones (never were intended for use), and the christmas pack is even in there (but never were activated, as PT was shut down mid December).
