Today in thyrus server I got kicked out after I was going to win.

Please , try to make a board rules inside the game so the new players won't commit this mistake again.

I'm sure a mod will look at this soon but next time pming an Smod/Admin would be much easier and faster. Although I am not sure if you can do anything because it is a private sever (I am not sure if the "Its his server his rules applies" for this).

As frustrating as it may be, it is perfectly legal for him to kick you from his private server at any time. Best thing you can do is return the favor if he ever joins your server. Perhaps stick with playing with people you know.

Next time PM a mod with things like that instead of making a topic.
