try to get more into the multiplayer aspect of the game when you first start. i wouldn't suggest only doing singleplayer because tbh you will probably lose interest. learn how your joints work through mods like aikido

EDIT - i feel stupid for not even bringing this up, but try to find inspiration to make replays. my inspiration to start replay making was largeKilla. (i am still not very good at it, but all i did was play multiplayer for 2 years.
