You can't normally change your flag ingame, it's linked to your ip.
There's a chance it recognizes your ip as if you're from a different country, if you want to change it to your desired country, try to download a vpn and use an ip from the country you want.
Most vpn's aren't free though, so you can probably better just use the wrong flag.
