You know, I'm pretty sure he just has a split-personality that he can't control, and every time he says the personality's name, his voice just takes over and says random shit like, for instance, "TELL 'EM."
Or, "IT'S LIKE MARIO, EXCEPT IN THE FUTURE..."
Oh, and my favorite; " 'N SHIT..."

Slightly more on-subject:
Yes, it's a pretty fun game, but is not worth the price they've it set to, on Xbox Live Arcade. (Only due to the fact that it's fairly short, and doesn't have much replayability. [Though, that's all my opinion. As well as the fact that I didn't buy it. I just played the demo. But, you can get a fair gist as to how long the game is, just by finishing the first "world", and looking at how many other "worlds" there are.])
