So, me and my friend are releasing a mixtape very soon. Here is the teaser beat that I just finished. I like it, there are no vocals on it currently, but that's changing this week. I just hope I could get some constructive criticism.

there is no bass which was disappointing. also, the bell rings are too long imo. but it could work if you're saying your slogan. i.e "we got London on the track!" or something. but it sounds great for slow rap but i just feel something else should kick in after a bit.

Is it meant to glitch in and out of time?

If so, cool, but I feel as though they're in the wrong spots. Would put me off if I was spitting to it.
