I'm sure this has been done before but this is how to do it!

space x6
extend ankles
contract pec's
contract abs
set hands to grab

space x2
contract ankles

space

extend ankles,abs,knees and hips
contract glute's
and raise both shoulders

space x 15
contract knees,hips,glute's

Well I discovered it myself so I never actually saw one one the forum. I joined yesterday so if it was the same move im rly sry!

you're not contracting your Ankles if you dont do this it wont work

Please avoid double posting... and I've seen this move quite a few time before, I made one too, but never posted it... it's an all right move, but it's starting to get old...
