Okay then, as I said, it is probably because of the recent server crash. It will probably be fixed soon. Do you remember how many games to 4th dan/next dan you had?

i play online 2 weeks and my games dont go when i win it write 997 games to 4 dan black belt and it evry my wins it isnt go

No. It's a date, I believe. I don't know if there was a 2.35 If it is a date, it would make sense. May 23rd is what he means if it is a date. It makes much more sense in his question.
