when im at toriexchange by transfer when i want to transfer textures to my portfollio i cant see my textures when i look at the list of things i can transfer to my portfollio help please

Textures are non-tradeable items. You cannot send/sell them.

You can't trade textures. Only other items.

As can items that are reserved for a certain belt. (pure for example)

I think the toriexchange can only see non activated items

also, the only Qi based items that can be traded in exchange right now are pure right hand and elf right leg. i already tried to do all the others and phailed, cuz it says item is locked
