Yes, you can. All you need to do is upload the replay file which is found in:

Local Disk (C: )/Games/Toribash-(any number here)/replay

It should be located there unless you saved the Toribash folder somewhere else in your computer, and in the case that you did I'm assuming you know where it is.

Then you find a site that allows you to upload files and share them for free. I prefer these:

Simply make an account and upload, then you should be able to find the "Share" link they'll give you. All you need to do then is to upload the link onto Facebook or another site. It can also be used for replays in PMs due to not being able to upload files there.

I'm not entirely experienced with Facebook, so if you can just upload a file onto there for people to download, all you need is the first half of those directions.
