I use Anti-Spyware - Spybot Search & Destroy.

Try malwarebytes for getting rid of malware and such. (Very helpful)

I also use avast! which has helped a lot to. Has a bunch of features to it as well.

I would also support Spybot, efficiently handles spyware.
