Sorry if im being a noob by asking this but the wiki is currently broken for me so....

When does that shop restock? or does it restock certain items at certain times?

Hampa/veb/Gman/whoever restock only at very rare times, so the economy dont gets screwed up. You could always buy boosters though. They gave you Item packs mostly, but Im not sure if they do at the moment.

I think he meant buy from a youshop.

It wouldn't help the problem of restock whatsoever.
