I know this is very stupid :S, but i dont play for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time, so im kinda new

you cannot send items or TC through PM.just go to market > transfer toricredits/items > type the name,the message(optional)and what you want to send.the reciever will get it through PM though.if you want to send a head texture,save the textures to your pictures,and they are allowed to use the head if the owner gives them the images through PM.hope it works.
