MrBauer, becoming any staff position, not only a super moderator, is something that you must put a decent amount of time towards. you have to be generally dedicated and give the reasons for the higher ups to want you to be in this position
there are a few threads around the forums where you can find out how to apply, what the positions mean, and whatnot if you just do some searching
