It all comes down the inactivity and member count. We can't really sustain an active "education system" if you will with less than a dozen active members.

there was no real motive to strive for a higher tier. It didnt really do much other than give you bragging rights, not to mention that most of these techniques are near useless ingame so not much to brag about.
