How you make the review of the head photoshop?
I just confused how to get rod of the light thing.

You mean how to make head previews on photoshop? If so, have the flat texture open, go to 3D on the tab on the top of PS's window, the click 'New shape from layer', then 'Sphere'. It should work like this.
