Push c
Raise both shoulders
Contract both pecs
Space X4
Lower both shoulders
Space once
Contract hips

I disagree to moves lists. The best thing for a beginner to do is to find out their own moves. That's how you get better, that's how you learn.

PS: If you actually want to upload a move you need more detail than that. I don't even know what mod you're talking about
