transaction history to saw the phenomenon

Help me to understand and make this not happen again if every time i send tc i Have to watch if i give extra to the seller it will never end.

Also most of the time im sending via my iPhone using Google Chrome

Whats happening if i send tc twice and he refuse to pay back ?

The thing is
When u send money via transfer toricredits
after u send the money
If u click the back button or refresh page it sends again

And nothing happens if u send twice and he refuse to payback.
