as much as i'd love to have a discord server there is also the problem that its a double-edged sword.

its cool and all but it is likely to kill our forum activity which is going to result in problems with the activity check,
you say we can just delete it and i say if you get used to the better stuff it'll be hard to go back to the not as good stuff.
unless the staff decide to make discord activity count i don't think its a good idea to have one

If it's such a big issue, we can use the discord primarily for voice chat, so we'd still have a reason to post here.
