If you open them in a web browser go to File -> Save As and save it to your Toribash/replay folder.

Then open Toribash and select the replay from the Replays menu.

i dont know if i can i only have the demo version of toribash 2.0 because no matter how much i beg my mom to get it for me she just sais "no you dont need it" it really pisses me off.

You can watch replays using the Demo version aswell.
