go to your toribash directory and check if the folder "replay" is there

also is your disk full?

create the folder called "replay"

Try making a replay of you doing nothing for like 200 frames and save it with a simple and short name like test.
Try if it works, maybe the replay you're trying to save is too long (over 255 joint edits), has a too long name or the name has special characters you can't use.

What are special characters

symbols, could include accented letters etc.

Oh wait, name of the replay was "dm?", maybe because of the question mark?
