Got another question :P
Now whenever i click a joint on my character, I cant choose hold or relax... it only does contract and extend. PLEASE HELP ME CHANGE IT BACK.
THIS IS A SIGNITURE. Impressive........right?

Go to 'Setup'>'Options'>'Mouse buttons'.In the text box next to it insert the number 1. It should fix the problem.

If you cannot choose relax/hold than your "mouse buttons" option is set to 3.
