Are mod positions always open to applications or just when you guys post.
I think that when you guys post that Applicatants are needed. It's because you guys are in need of a mod. Please correct me if I am wrong.

That's pretty much correct.
Some positions are full and don't need anymore people, but besides them it's like that for most positions.

Also, Support is for technical questions, this belongs in Beginners Sanctuary.

You could ask around, I heard there is a slight lack of BS moderators.
