Can other people see heads that you are using? So if I buy a head, will only I see it, or can other people see it too?

Basically, the head texture uploader is purchased from ToriShop or another player. Once this is bought you can upload head textures that all players will see.

If this isn't bought, only you will see the head texture. Hope this helped.

Thanks, but does that mean if I made a head I want people to see, I have to put it on a dummy account and buy it from that? That seems a tad bit silly.

No, you miss understand me. The head texture item is something that can be bought. Once this bought it allows the user to take an image and upload it on to his head for other users to see. This applies to all texture parts.
